Weddings At Epworth

We celebrate with you on your recent engagement and are honored and excited that you are considering having your wedding ceremony at Epworth United Methodist Church.  Please know that we will work with you in order to accommodate your needs and expectations.  Please know that our over-arching concern in all of the plans and preparations is for your marriage and not for your wedding ceremony.  To this end, we require a minimum of 4-6 pre-marital counseling sessions and will not schedule a wedding with less than six months of preparation.  If you are not already actively participating in the life of the congregation, you are invited and encouraged to join us in worship and participate in the life and ministry of our congregation.

Below you will find a Wedding Application, a Schedule of Facility Use Fees/Honorariums for Weddings, and a copy of our Wedding Guidelines.  You are encouraged to read through all of the attached materials and schedule an initial meeting with our pastor.  Weddings will not be scheduled on the church calendar until the application and deposit are received and our pastor has had an initial meeting with you and your fiancé.
